backyard bear
David looked out the window and saw a furry face looking back at him. A little black bear was sitting on his haunches, staring at the house. (Maybe pondering whether he should mosey on in through the open door and join us for lunch?)
I just bearly whipped out my camera when he turned and lumbered away. No shots of that cute little face today, folks.
I do feel slightly paparazzi-ish sometimes–in a wilderness sort of way.
How cool!!! I would imagine I might freak out if he did actually mosey on in to join you for lunch but how awesome to be so close to the bear!
Oh! I am so jealous of your wilderness. You have it made out there in the mountains. I love reading & seeing your adventures and furry friends. And your less furry family š
Haha…we are becoming furrier by the day. These mountains bring out the bear in all of us! Glad you enjoy the wildlife.
