‘coon in the house
In our travels into civilization this weekend, we found this coonskin cap at a mountain market. We’ve gotten lots of “Hey, Davy Crockett!” and “Are you Daniel Boone?” He just grins. It’s the only hat he will wear, and he thinks he’s incredibly funny when he has it on.Ā (Which he is.)
We also stopped at World Market so I could get another look at this rug.Ā I love the colors and the handwoven pebble texture, and it happened to be on sale when we went in yesterday. We bought it, and it really adds a lot to the room.Ā It’s also a nice cozy place for the kids to play.
For the ‘coon, too.
Love the coon skin hat. There is a pumpkin hat in out dress up basket that make the day care kids laugh like crazy… Everyone wants to wear the “funny carrot” hat š be we’ll.
He’s the HAPPIEST raccoon I’ve ever seen! Love the rug…goes really well with the place.
Oooooooh those rosy cheeks are made for little kisses – house looks very cozy And wonderful / luv u/mom
P.S. Grampy has a “bunny hat” too…..:)
Yeah, we remember Grampa’s bunny hat! I think he should have a coonskin one, too. š
Love the hat! So awesome!
Fabulous pictures… and that rug is perfect!
Wishing you a lovely day.
