miss paleo brownie review
This week Rachel from Miss Paleo Mixes sent me a sample to review*. Miss Paleo Mixes are grain-and-gluten-free box mixes for muffins, cookies and brownies.
The brownie sample I received was pre-made, which makes it a piece of cake (snicker) for me to review, but I would have liked to make it from the mix. It would be interesting to see how it turns out at my altitude. But since the brownies contain no rising agents, there shouldn’t be a problem. In fact, there are only four ingredients: coconut sugar, almond meal, cocoa powder, and vanilla powder. There are also sugar free versions of each product, made with birch xylitol.
I shared it with David, and Cash got a piece too, since he was reaching for it from my first bite. We all agreed (with words, grunts, smiles, and grabs) that this grain/gluten/corn/soy/refined sugar-free brownie was just as yummy as any allergen-laden version we had tried–and better than many of them.

hi honeeee….. u guys r SO funny 🙂 luv u lots/mom
I find when looking for wheat-free products they are often loaded with all sorts of other “yucky” stuff. These sound great! Wish they were available in Canada.
Wishing you a lovely week.
xoxo
Sounds wonderful!
Nice poses!…..and David looks very good! He’s inspiring me with the dinner salad idea you told me about!
