happy mothers day
I woke up to falling snow and lots of sweet little presents. The presents continued for most of the day, and included handmade artwork, a tissue paper rose, a name tag, a tiny seahorse, Mothers Day coupons, a homemade necklace (made with the three very last beads), and a beautiful card.
The snow also continued all day, but I think we are beyond caring anymore. We had such a great day, filled with so many good things. Best of all are my sweet kids and the man I love so much–they made this day so special for me. But then, they make my whole life special, and I’m so happy to be the Mamma of this house.
Happy Mother’s Day!
Awe, A beautiful Mother’s Day. Lovely gifts. I especially like the coupon that Zia gave you saying she will give you a chore. hehehe. I know that’s not how it was intended, but it made me chuckle. I got that same card last year from my hubby. I turned the flower into a hair clip for a girl in my neighborhood. I just thought I would mention that for your girl. Be well.
Yes, funny about the chore card–as if I didn’t have enough chores already, lol. That’s a cool idea about the hair clip. I don’t think I could ever disassemble this card, tho–I love it too much!
Snow! Ugh!
At least it looks like you had a very colourful and bright Mother’s Day. I love all the gifts of affection. So sweet.
Wishing you a wonderful day.
xoxo
