Today is our tenth wedding anniversary!Ā  Our very fancy celebration included:

Cracking ourselves up trying to get a good photo of both of us

Trying on my wedding dress for the first time in a decade and surprising David in it

Finding one of David’s amazing cards filled with handwritten love notes in the kitchen

Being home together and remembering our ten-year journey.

My life has always been good, happy, and mostly filled with purpose.Ā  But when I met David, my world burst into color.Ā  These ten years have been the most exciting, fun, and, well–crazy–of my entire life.Ā  Words cannot express how much I love this man, and how amazing he has made my life.

Happy ten years to the boy in the green baseball hat!

Really nice pics….Sorting through things the other day, I opened a fabric bag and there was your wedding dress pattern and scrap fabric….you did a very nice job on that (very difficult to sew fabric) gown! AND so nice you can just slip into it whenever you feel like it,hahaha…. Hope you two had a very nice anniversary! Love, Mimi and Papa
