Caleb spent last week with his classmates at a camp called High Trails. They hiked 6-8 miles a day, learned a ton about the forest, saw moose, roasted marshmallows, and had an all-around blast. The last couple of weeks, our days have been… days of drinking NORA tea with lemon and honey in the morning. NORA=Nettles, Oat straw, Red raspberry leaf, Alfalfa. I buy them in bulk and mix together.
