Cash got a haircut yesterday, and we barely recognize him. I miss his hair (I knew I would) but he was having a hard time keeping it out of his eyes. It grows fast, and I’m looking forward to the slightly shaggy stage that will be here before we know it.

Meanwhile, we’re having a lot of fun stroking the nape of his neck and admiring his ears. He’s just like a three year old Caleb running around, and even his actions seem suddenly so much like Caleb’s when he was little.

Just before we got it done, I asked him what kind of cut he wanted. He said, “A boyish one.” We went to Whole Foods right after the haircut, and the cashier called him a girl.Ā  I guess you just can’t win, haha.
