the too-big dress
Here’s a little dress I created for Zia from a Project Runway Pattern I picked up the other day at Jo-Ann Fabrics. I made a few changes (lengthened it considerably, added a ruffle, bits of ribbon, etc). I really like the way it turned out with the combination of fabrics I found.
Unfortunately, the size 3T I made is waaaaaaaaayyyyyy too big! She swims in it! Are Project Runway patterns usually so oversized? She normally fits fine in a 3T.
Oh well, I guess she’ll at least have a nice new dress for next year!
