snowshoe girl

She’s got her own snowshoes now, and she puts those things to work.

We went yesterday, up and down the hills and through the woods. She trucked along, flipping over now and then, and climbing back onto her feet without a whimper.

I love that girl…and we love this wonderland of a place.

    I went snow shoeing for the first time when I was 6 mos. pregnant. We were visiting family in colorado, and I was too far along to ski…in any case I LOVED it. Such wonderful beautiful meditation. If we ever leave NYC and had back to the Rocky Mountain West, snow shoes are definitely on the “must buy” list.
