kale chips update
Latest news on the kale chips: they took 6 hours to dehydrate, a bit longer than I thought. I like them a lot – they are light, thin, and crispy – even a bit addictive. I think the marinade was a little complex for me though – next time I might try something simpler, like maybe just olive oil and sea salt.
But I actually I like them best in the marinade without dehydrating them…and Zia liked them better that way too.
I think I know how we’ll be munching our way through 2 rows of kale this summer!
