denver firefighters museum

On Saturday we headed to Denver…to the Firefighters Museum! This building was Denver’s very first firehouse, Station #1. It hails from 1909 and housed Engine Company #1. She’s got her own snowshoes now, and she puts those things to work. We went yesterday, up and down the hills and through the woods. She trucked along, flipping over now and then, and climbing back onto her feet without a whimper. I love that girl…and we love this wonderland of a place.
