denver botanic gardens

We picked a sunny day to visit the Denver Botanic Gardens.

Just kidding. It’s sunny every day here!

There was a Henry Moore exhibition in the gardens. I tried to get some modest shots of Henry’s work…

but it wasn’t easy.

There! I did it. Oops…maybe that’s not a Henry Moore piece after all.

These white flowers are really cool. The centers are purple.

I really liked the bark on this tree. It looks like it’s painted in some kind of camouflage pattern, doesn’t it?

Wish I could say I grew this gooseneck baby in my own garden!

I included this flower for all you people who love pink.

A cool twisted vine that covered the trellis walkway.
