There’s a steep little hill near the top of our driveway. The kids tried out some different homemade sleds on it–cookie sheets, sheets of cardboard, and finally cardboard boxes, which were definitely the fastest. On Saturday we headed to Denver…to the Firefighters Museum! This building was Denver’s very first firehouse, Station #1. It hails from 1909 and housed Engine Company #1.
